    This PCB is 4 layers Rigid-flex PCB for medical equipment, and DuPont AP8525 material is applied.In accordance with customer requirements for material properties, fully meet the product application needs.

    Dupont materials are widely used in Greathome. We have the stock of conventional DuPont materials in our warehouse, so there is no need to worry about the delay of delivery due to the purchase of DuPont materials. Based on customer requirements, our engineers will recommend or select suitable DuPont material models for your PCB products in the preliminary design stage according to the requirements.

    OEM/ODM is welcome. We recommend you to provide the PCB design file /gerber file, and we will manufacture your Rigid-flex PCB for you. For RIGID-FLEX PCB, our manufacturing capacity is 2-16 layers.

     

    According to IPC-6013, Board type including:

    Type 1  Single-Sided Flexible Printed Boards.(1 layer FPC PCB)

    Type 2  Double-Sided Flexible Printed Boards.(2 layers FPC PCB)

    Type 3  Multilayer Flexible Printed Boards.(4 layers and above FPC PCB)

    Type 4  Multilayer rigid and flexible material combinations containing three or more conductive layers with PTHs. (Rigid-Flex PCB with multiple layers)

    Type 5  Flexible or rigid-flex printed boards containing two or more conductive layers without PTHs. (Rigid-Flex PCB with multiple layers)

    At earlier stage, technical support is important for you to proceed the designs, from line width/spacing to stackup (material selection), especially for impedance control value calculation, Please feel free to contact us for any questions.

    Greathome recommend that all new projects should have prototypes confirmation before mass production. Prototype is important for technology review, meanwhile, it would be helpful to get the most competitive price for mass production and resonable lead time.
