2. Flexibility of structure
Common RFID anti-metal tags, such as PCB and ceramic tags, they are hard in texture and cannot be bent and folded, so they can only be applied to relatively flat planes. The strength of the material itself makes it unable to achieve anti-disassembly function, so it is often recycled and cannot meet the market demand for ultra-high frequency RFID anti-disassembly tags.

The manufacturing cost is still high. Product consistency will also be affected to some extent. These factors lead to high comprehensive costs and affect the large-scale application of such labels.
If the raw material cost of flexible RFID anti-metal tag is relatively low, it can be rolled to roll mass production, which directly reduces the difficulty of personalized and quality detection, and the cost can be greatly reduced.
